Comments: We hired Milt and Owen to have our kitchen gutted, and do some other renovations too. Our is a 1940s house, so it came as no surprise that we ran into a major problem. Our subfloor was rotting away and had to be totally replaced. Let's face it, renovations can be stressful, but Milt and Owen chased our worries away. Their work crew were awesome! Their excellent work was flawless, and the two new ceilings looked like a sheet of glass. Your best bet is to hire Absolute Painting & Remodeling. Your cost to purchase items at Home Depot is Mel's discounted contractor price. In your contract, each line item is shown, to show you exactly where your money is going.
