Work Description: New driveway
Comments: Truly a Sanford & Son type performance. Works out of a beat up pickup truck with beat up tools. Very poor communicator. Wants half up front. You pay for concrete a pay full when concrete is delivered. Didn't return when promised to remove forms, which I ended up removing. Said he was a man of his word, but never did come back to cut expansion joints, which I ended up doing.Panama City FL

Comments: Poor communication.Shows up with no contract to sign. (Asks me to write one up.)
Did not get permit from city for job. Says one is not needed.
Did not call utilities to locate underground services prior to job.
Asks me where I want him to pile the dirt up (which he should go and dump).
I sent them away.

Work Description: Concrete Retaining Walls
Comments: Communication was poor. The finished quality of the concrete was terrible. He wanted to charge us more money to smooth out the finish. We would not recommend him or use his services again.-
