Comments: Poor communication.Shows up with no contract to sign. (Asks me to write one up.)
Did not get permit from city for job. Says one is not needed.
Did not call utilities to locate underground services prior to job.
Asks me where I want him to pile the dirt up (which he should go and dump).
I sent them away.

Work Description: Concrete Retaining Walls
Comments: Communication was poor. The finished quality of the concrete was terrible. He wanted to charge us more money to smooth out the finish. We would not recommend him or use his services again.-
