Work Description: Rebrick wall A/C hole, repair outside basement entrance steps and install new Bilco doors.

Comments: Wall a/c hole done but did not follow the existing pattern.
Basement entrance way repair is not consistent, lower wall by door not coated. Bilco doors not installed properly, not all areas secured with bolts and entire unit not caulked to seal seams.
Caulking not very neat. Would not recommend to anyone. Results in a poor rating.
