I recommend you removing this handyman’s service from the list, they do not do good work and getting them to come back out to do repairs , it will not happen , communication is nonexistent, glad I only paid half, complete headache.

Do not hire AAA Handyman for anything, they are not a competent group, install my door wrong with extra holes in my tile , could not get them to come back out to redo.

Comments: On September 23, 2024, I submitted a request on Angie (formerly Angie's List). The very next day I received a call from Charles, the sales rep for Jeffery Johnston, the owner of AAA Handyman. Charles then came over to my home an evaluated my project. On September 26th, Charles delivered a detailed written work order and requested a $1625 deposit for the purchase of supplies. I provided a check, payable to "Affordable" that was immediately cashed. Charles provided me with a start date "no later than" week of October 7th, 2024. This start date came and went and after numerous calls over the next week or two, It was agreed on October 15, 2024, by both Charles and myself, that I had just cause to cancel the project because no supplies had been purchased and no work had been performed. I was given a full refund date range of 10-14 days from October 15th. After numerous calls to Charles, I was given a very small "good faith" portion of the refund. After weeks of excuses and no further refund payments, I reached out to Angie, who got involved. Jeffery Johnston stated you the Angie representative that I would have the remaining refund balance in hand no later that December 31st. As of today, with no returned calls from Charles, I am still out the agreed upon $1125. If you take a look at Angie's reviews of this AAA Handyman, you will see that this behavior is NOT uncommon. I put my trust in this company and its representative Charles and you can see what it got me...empty promises.Covington GA

Comments: AAA Handyman did a decent job of the painting. I'm grading them with only 2 stars because they have yet to install the screens. I've spoken with supervisor Mr. Johnston but he does not provide updates on the progress without me having to reach out to him first. It seems every 2-3 days I have to contact him for an update.On our last update he stated they were just ordering the material for the screens but they did receive funds in advance for the material. It just seems to take too long.
