Comments: Tom was easy to work with over the phone. At the last minute just before installation, I called him with a question about some material. We changed the project to include the additional new material. He then called his team, who was on the way to pick the original project material and he was able to tell to pick up the addition material.Project then started and completed within 3 hours.
