Work Description: multiple fixes

Comments: TJ and Donnie were great. completely professional and got their work done as fast as they could. They did not mess around. even worked through their lunch time. They arrived at my house around 11:30 and worked through 12:30 fixed everything that they could and made sure that I was satisfied with there job before they left . I would absolutely call them again if I have another plumbing problem

Comments: Although Craig was 20 minutes late he did call to let me know he would be late, work was done in about 30 minutes and water was restored would use About Plumbing again

Work Description: When using the shower, water came up through the floor around the toilet. As well as when flushing the toilet, water would back up to the tub and on the floor. Roto Rooter came out exactly one year ago to fix the same issue and charged almost $400.00. Obviously they fixed it good enough to last a year.

Comments: Greg from AAA came out looked at everything before he started any work and knew exactly what the problem was. He told me everything he was going to do before doing it. He cleaned up the mess that had been left from the last person that worked on it, put in some new piping to keep it from ever happening again and put the toilet back the way it was supposed to be. It cost a lot more than he quoted over the phone without seeing it. But it was worth it because he put a lot of work into it! However, it was still less than the previous plumber charged me, and I know it is done right this time. Greg worked on it for a couple hours steady, and no way would I want his job! I would give him and his company a 10+! I would definitely call him for any future plumbing issues, and refer him to my family and friends.
