Comments: I submitted my request for price quotes late Friday night, and A&A were the only ones to call me Saturday - at 7am! (Awesome!) Upon arrival, Mike quickly figured out the problem, found a separate issue with my breaker box, and explained both in a way that I could understand. He was polite & I felt very comfortable w/ him in my home. I'm glad I used A&A. I believe that he saved me money in the long run when he discovered the issue w/ my breakers. (The wrong voltage was going to my new A/C which would have voided the 10 year warranty with which it came.) He was a little late, but I would much rather someone give me a specific time and be late, than give me a 4 hour time period like most other servce technicians. I kept their number, and will hire them again should the need arise.

Comments: Showed up on time, walked through the house, very professional - gave me a guesstimate right then and there, and would write it up in detail if needed - I was just needing a quote so I knew whether to go thru with buying the house. Simon was GREAT! just not sure I can afford them. I'm sure their quality is as good. If I do I will update this so I can give the Quality answer.Arlington TX
