Work Description: I called Douglas because my father had a small section of roof damage from a neighbor's fallen tree. Douglas promptly called, came out and gave us an estimate. He was very accommodating with our timeline. He looked at the potential job, viewed the insurance papers and gave us an honest assessment of what his company can provide us. He came through for us in our time of need and represented his company well. In fact, on the day day of the job, he decreased the price a bit because he found the job didn't require as much material as anticipated. VERY HONEST GUY, and we would use this company again!!!
