Work Description: Replace under ground cable from Center Point connection to meter box. Upgrade breaker box. Install new meter box. Wire was actually burned off meter box and Center Point did not notice this when the checked out the outage. If they had, I maybe did not need the under ground cable. Center Point is very hard to deal with.
