Work Description: Yard Leveling
Comments: I personally believe that the previous 4 reviews are not real based on my experience with this landscaper. He talked a really good story but I found that he cannot back up that story with good work. After he leveled my yard I had more water pockets than before he started. they broke off my sprinkler head and did not say anything.He told me that he will slope that yard so that all the water flows out towards the front. fortunately it rained alot about 2 days after he was done and man I had several swimming pools in my yard. I sent him videos and Pics of the water pockets, did not hear anything back from him. It's been over 2 weeks. He said he would roll the whole yard, sadly that did not happen. like I mentioned he talk a good story about 35 years in the business, etc. but he does not have the skills or the integrity to do good work. I would not recomend this person for any type of workHouston TX

Comments: Came by and gave a great estimate... started the work the next week. When leveling my backyard found some stuff under the soil. That we weren't expecting and gave a great price increase(very minimal cost increase). Looking forward to then coming back to do some more lawn work.
