Work Description: Came to our house to conduct an estimate for an air-conditioning duct problem, without charge. Explained in detail about the problem and how to fix it.
Comments: We were glad that he visited us and provided an estimate free of charge. The service was punctual (within 30-40 min of our calling), and he was genuinely interested in saving us money - telling us how we could solve the problem ourselves without charging the company.
