Work Description: Asphalt Shingle Re-roof
Comments: The whole experience was great. The A-Lert Crew knocked on my door. Brayant and his team offered me a free roof inspection. They explained that the "shiny outline" around my shingles was the fiberglass base layer the shingle was made of. Brayant explained to me that this was my shingle's "last line of defense." He offered to meet with my insurance adjuster and advocate on my behalf (what a time saver!). Brayant caught that my last re-roof they didn't bother removing a layer of felt and that I had two layers of felt but no drip-edge. Once everything was squared with my insurance Brayant showed up the day of my installation and collected my deductible and introduced me to the crew that would replace 3000 sqft of roof in just a day? They totally delivered! I got all Certainteed roofing material along with free upgrades from regular felt to synthetic underlayment and he upgraded me from a class 2 to a class 3 shingles at no charge and I'll get discounts on my home insurance for that upgrade! Brayant and his crew were courteous and respectful, and he took the time to help educate me on my roof without coming across condescending. Thanks A-Lert Roof Systems (and Brayant).-
