Comments: UPDATED INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW, NOW ON MY LAST POST THE OWNER TIM, STATED THAT I LIED ON HIM AND HIS STAFF. WELL TRUTH BE TOLD, FACTS DONT LIE. WE FINALLY FOUND A REAL CHRISTIAN THAT STANDS BEHIND HIS WORD SND WORK. NOW THE NEW CONTRACTOR BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION, THAT TIM HAD DUCK TAPE WRAPPED AROUND OUR UNSTAIRS UNITS AND HE DIDNT INSTALL THE COILS CORRECTLY, HE ALSO LET US KNOW HAD WE TURNED ON OUR HEAT , OUR HOME WOULD BE FILLED WITH CARBON MONOXIDE WOW, AND THIS TIM MAN CLAIMED I MADE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST HIS BUSINESS, WELL FACTS DONT LIE AND I MADE IT MY BUSINESS TO WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW. SO IF U ARE LOOKING FOR A REAL HONEST HVAC COMPANY! DONT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE, STEAL, OVER CHARGE ELDER INDIVIDUALS AND MOST OF KNOW VANDALIZE PROPERTIES WITH PAYING. Comments: This guy stole my money and never did the repairs. He kept saying he would be out to do it and never showed. He never called to say he couldn't make it when would be waiting. I am taking this to small claims court because he is an unethical business man taking advantage and robbing people.Cordova TN

Comments: He stole my money back in August, it is December and he still hasn't refunded all of my money. I have never in my life dealt with such a crook. Everyday he would lie and say he was on his way, then the truck broke down and he couldn't get the unit to my location. Or he was held up on other jobs, not caring to call or send a message when we would be waiting for installation. I felt so uncomfortable, I do not believe he ever bought my unit with my down payment but instead pocketed my money. He cancelled doing my job but kept my money. He said he would refund quick but never did. He took from my family and does not want to make things right instead he rather steal from you.
