Work Description: Had my old roof torn off and a new one put on.

Comments: The job was done in one day. I was impressed with how fast Steven got the permit to put on the new roof. The color of the roof was perfect. I only had a few things that I wasn't happy about. The first was the frost guard. I was told that it would be 72''. I watched the guys put it up and it looked to be only 36". I asked them and they said it was 72". (Keep in mind that I have done roofs before and know the difference between 36 and 72") I walked away thinking that, that was the smallest 72" I had seen. I let it go and went on with my day. The rest of the problems were that they laid their tarps on top of all my flowers crushing them. I also had a memorial garden with a table and chairs and memorial plaques they moved everything to put their tarps in, again crushing the flowers, and they didn't put anything back. I had to do it myself. Because they blocked my garage door with their trailer I had to take my dogs out through my front door, which meant that they had to walk over old roofing and nails. I was not to happy with that. I realize that having your roof done is a messy job, I just wish that that would have left me room to get the dogs out without having to walk through that mess. They did however walk around and make sure that the nails and roofing supplies were all picked up. Again I loved the price but I do not think I would use their service again.
Hello Mrs. Bajorek, We are very sorry that there were some aspects of the job that were below your expectations, we care what you think and how you feel. I was assured by the workers that the ice shield met village inspection standards, we know that is important to you. They also mentioned that they had to park the trailer where they did to get their materials into it as close to the job area as possible. As a rule we do hope that the Homeowners temporarily move any important items before we arrive so that when we clean up, the Homeowner can move them back exactly where they originally were. I'm glad you loved how quickly we were able to perform the work and the outstanding pricing we offer everyone and how we cleaned up..
