Work Description: Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps - Install
Comments: I had a very disappointing experience with this contractor. They significantly underestimated the amount of concrete needed for my project, resulting in an additional charge of $500 for just one yard of concrete from another truck.Furthermore, when I initially asked about permits, I was assured they were not necessary. However, after the work was done, I discovered that permits were indeed required for pouring a concrete slab. When I contacted Jose to rectify this, he informed me that their concrete services were no longer operational and the company would not be doing anything further.
Instead, he suggested he could find another contractor. Claimed he was merely a salesperson for the company and not responsible for this aspect. I believe if you are a salesperson in extension you do represent the company.
This lack of accountability and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend working with this company and advise other potential customers to be cautious and consider alternative options.

A was told that I would need to get my roof replaced and clean start pressure washing made it new I couldn't believe it. Very professional and knowledgeable.
