Comments: Arrived promptly to unclog toilet. In the process they heavily scratched the porcelain and said that we had done that, which was absolutely untrue. Comments: Tom successfully completed a very challenging kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement project. The original kitchen faucet was rusted solid and workspace access was very limited. Tom was very patient, friendly and able to work out an acceptable solution. The kitchen faucet I ordered and provided was missing an key component an the replacement bathroom faucet had two cold water valves instead of a hot and cold water valve. I was quickly able to order the correct replacement parts and Tom returned and installed both faucets at no additional charge, even though it was my fault. Tom is very professional, a good communicator, takes great pride in his work and is committed to maintaining complete customer satisfaction. Comments: Instead of rippping me off for work that wasn't necessarily needed at this time, the guys simply got the vlaves to work so I could open and close myself.
