Comments: First and foremost, they were punctual and arrived at the scheduled time. They were well-prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment, which demonstrated their professionalism and dedication to their work.

The issue was quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the problem to me in a clear and understandable manner. They showed great expertise in their field, which gave me confidence in their ability to resolve the issue effectively.

Comments: My boiler was not giving heat, and the low water cut off valve was clogged. He had been to the house once before a few years ago, and did a good job then so I called him again. When I called at about 10 pm, Robert came within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem for the boiler not working and replaced the clogged valve. Besides for being clogged, the valve was corroded and broke when he turned it. The valve he replaced it with is a more modern valve that is easier to unclog. I thought he was great and he explained exactly what he was doing and why it was needed. I give him my highest possible recommendation.

He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, affordable and friendly and was able to get our heat running again in no time, even on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. Work Description: Repair broken sewer main, replace sinks, replace toilets, install gas boilers, repair gas boilers, repair circulators, hvac rooftop units and much more.

Comments: When I first met Robert, I was desperate. A relatively new building owner who had a broken sewer main over my outside parking garage over the weekend in 19 degree windy winter weather. He came over with a couple of his workers and they repaired it over the course of hours in that wind and cold. That was 12 years ago and they have all of my commercial work and my own residential work. If there is one downside to hiring this company it is only that you might have to wait. They get a lot of calls and sometimes, especially in the cold months, they get spread thin because they might get an emergency call like mine and they do respond to those. This is a company driven more by helping people who need it the most, rather than just taking on that big job for the money and letting the individuals and those who really need help immediately, fend for themselves. This is a rare find in a Long Island company and if you select them for your job, you may well understand that what I've written here is quite accurate.

Work Description: Oue central air unit required a new motor and our compressor required a new overflow pan.

Comments: Workers were a no-show. I was told after missing a day of work waiting that the person scheduled to come was spending an "extra day away". No call was made to inform us that no one would be coming to make the repair. No apologies were made for the inconvenience or lack of professionalism. We tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled even though the tone on the phone suggested we probably shouldn't. After a short reflection on the matter we chose to find someone else to make the repair because we didn't have faith they could be counted on. We phoned the owner, Robert and told him of our concerns with accountability and professionalism - not even as much as apologizing for the inconvenience. This last point really mattered to us we told him. Robert was mocking and complained about his workload. He was then threatening and said, "I hope you get everything that's coming to you!" The call left us fearful.
Yes we didn't make it to here home in time . I did offer her first call next day. There was nothing we could do for her at the late day appointment she wanted this was an 3 to 5 call. We were running late. We needed to pick up parts that we could have had if she would have committed from the first visit. I can't say she took the day off perhaps she works at night. This was a July 5th situation. During the phone conversation with her I realized that she may have more than A/C problems. It may be the water there are still lead mains feeding the homes in this area. She was telephone tuff guy she went full-blown psychopath. She berated me and my company. She was very persistent . She also threatened to write bad reviews. We missed an appointment here And was willing to give her priority. The extent of the drama Has no precedence. Perhaps the next company will also have to defend themselves from her.... the story is we try to help people and make a living at the same time. If we can't help you will tell you why. If you can't handle the reality of the situation we don't know what to do for you. I try to think how to handle this type of person in the future. I think the people that find us are lucky. Countless times we have saved people expensive replacement by knowing our job. Knowing she will get what coming to her helps . I can't understand why she would go through all these steps. I understand that im not a polished telephone receptionist. But I don't think I'll be berated or bullied either. In the end im glad she is now My neg press person. She validates all the good reviews. Work Description: circulator pump kept running on my gas furnace. Two other plumbers swore that it was a bad honeywelll motorized valve motor and one said he would have to change the whole valve assembly for 425.00. I had my doubts and called Rob @ A All Plumbing and he literally solved the issue in 5 minutes as he diagnosed the issue to be a faulty relay and it cost minimal compared to what the other plumbers said it needed. Unbelievable as Rob fixed my problem in 5 minutes. Thank you for being honest and a pro!

Comments: I would recommend Rob @ A-ALL Heating and Cooling as he is as honest as the day is long,and he genuinely cares about helping you. It's not about the money with him. He wants customers for life.

Work Description: After years of service from a large reputable company, I was quite disappointed with poor quality work. I tried this website when my furnace broke on one of the coldest days. I was given a phone call quickly, with a contractor in the next day. The workers always called to say they were en route, checked after the work was complete to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a new furnace installed and have a new person that I would confidently recommend to others.
