Work Description: Installed drainage system/drywells
Comments: In 2022, they installed a drywell too close to our brand new septic system. Here we are now in 2024 and we are having to rip out our entire system and have it replaced. It is costing us over $35,000 to have this done because of what they have done. They should have known better. I have talked with Luiz at length and also the septic guy explained to him what happened, and how he is 100% responsible, and he will not take responsibility for it. Comments: We hired 3 L's Landscaping and Masonry in early October to install stone veneer in the front of our home. They provided us a reasonable fixed price bid and agreed to abide by our general terms for performance including liability insurance specifically naming us as the policy holder.The installation was completed without incident and performed professionally by the hardworking craft. Company leaders visited the site frequently, ensuring that the quality of the project was maintained. Cleanup was thorough. We couldn’t be happier with the final appearance of our home.

I was initially concerned the first few days because the sun was so hot and some patches started to turn brown. However after I spoke with 3Ls, they told me to water my lawn twice a day for 20 minutes only. Their advice was perfect. All I want to do now is sit in my yard and enjoy my new landscape. Comments: Luiz didn’t deliver what we agreed on. He didn’t deliver the materials, 200 yard loam, grass seeds as he described in the contract. Large patches of non grown grass in my yard. His team removed blue stone area where I place my grill without my approval and never replaced it . Luiz keep promising for months since September 2021 to come back to finish the work without keeping his promises. He run his business most of the time from outside the country which makes it impossible for landscaping businesses to follow up with customers and monitor the job.In conclusion, Luiz cheated me on material he never fills and graded my yard with soil, loam, wood chips and grass seeds as he promised and wrote in the estimate. He over promised to secure the job.
Overall the project outcome is less than average. I don’t recommend Luiz’ service.
