Work Description: Renovation of House including replacement of all windows, replacement of all flooring throughout home, countertops for bathroom and kitchen, and exterior work outside to include replacement of shutters, railings and front storm door
Comments: DON'T!!!! Please do not hire Adam Whitehead he is untrustworthy and very cunning we hired him to do a home renovation in April 2024 he made many promises about completing the job suffice to say he never finished, wanted more money and has not returned back to finish job. Will not answer phone , letters, or reply to text. He lied about ordering windows, counter tops and putting down flooring throughout the home.. He told us he had a crew and the only one that showed up were him and his wife.Mr Whitehead states in his advertisement:
"My name is Adam Whitehead, I'm the owner of 360 Home Renovations, I believe the quality of work you perform is the backbone to your business. I run an owner operated business, I am always on the jobsite from start to finish and don't leave until you are 100% satisfied."
Definitely an untrue statement were not even close to 100% satisfied and he is no where to be found and has completely abandoned the job with the money paid.
He promised my 86 year old mother that he would complete the job if she paid more money for the extra things that were needed suffice to say
much money later and well.....We have been scammed. He has many advertisements and beautiful pictures; do ask to visit his job sites to see the work. Call BBB and NC Consumer Protection. If your a glutton for punishment trust me you'll catch him in so many lies it will make your head swim literally!!

Comments: 360 Home Renovations is my go to contractor this is my second time using them and once again very pleased they came in found out what I wanted and did just that I Love my new kitchen thank you guys so much will definitely be calling them back again-
