Comments: I was not too happy because the whole reason i was doing this main line replacement it’s because I thought the pipe that was come into the house was still galvanized so I was sure so I decided to get it done so 24/7 plumbing gave an estimate for 3900$ And asked them would you do it for 3500$ and agreed,so they came started digging when they got in to the pipe they removed all this time I was inside the house and then something tells me go outside and check out the pipe which they removed it was 3/4 in diameter copper in which was in good shape to begin with and they are putting back the same 3/4 size copper but new one but in the estimate it supposed to be a new 1.00 inch copper.Anyway I had discussions with them by you putting back the same pipe that you removed from the house nothing going to change still going to be same issue with the pressure problem that I am experiencing then I showed him the written estimate that he gave me he didn’t know what to say finally he went back and got the get the right pipe guess what he came and installed a pex pipe it’s more like pvc and I ask him that supposed to 1.00 inch copper then he goes again this pipe will out last copper at this point I just letting finish the job AND TOLD HIM MAN YOU TO BE PRECISE AND DELIVER WHAT EVER IT IS ON YOUR ESTIMATE AND I KNOW IF I WOULD TAKE HIM TO COURT I WOULD OF WIN BUT I AM NOT THAT TYPE OF PERSON THE JOB WAS DONE SOMEWHAT NOT 100% satisfied but ok I could of leave my old copper pipe at I know that I a new pipeline coming in the house because I was not sure what I was there man some experience I had wasn’t too good still gave a tip I am just a good person .
upon the initial estimate Mario had informed the technician that he had a old galvanized main water supply line coming from the street to the house our technicians do not have X-ray vision and cannot see 6 ft Underground when Mario's 3/4 copper line that he was mistaken about being galvanized was excavated it was determined that the pipe had a pinhole leak what was brought to the customer's attention and he told the technician he didn't think there wasn't leak in it Mr Mario actually refused to believe there was anything wrong with his pipe the reason he called us cuz he had no water pressure which was due to the pinhole in his main line

Comments: The 24/7 Plumbing and Restoration team was professional and very proficient. Unfortunately, we had to have a complete Boiler and Oil Burner replacement. The basement was a real mess with leaks from the failed heating unit. 24/7 replaced the system with quality components and ensured the basement was restored to better than new condition. I would like to especially thank John, Dillon and Mark for all the hard work and unwavering support!
