Comments: Daniel, the contractor and owner of 2 Story Technical Roofing, was great! He came to our home and returned in a timely manner with an itemized estimate of our cost. Daniel was very knowledgeable about all phases of the build. He’d come in work clothes and joined his crew to work.Questions were welcomed and answered.The carpenter was and is fantastic! Victor built a broom closet and small pantry; he is gifted!This small company was excellent with friendly courteous workers. Up front I requested ‘no expletives’! None were heard! At the day’s end all
areas were left clean.

I picked out the Certianteed PRO Colonial Slate shingles and added a ridge vent as well, and the roof looks fantastic. So much color, it really stands out among the rest. I've noticed several people stopping on the street and taking pictures this weekend.
