Comments: Me and my wife Jessica went on the internet in search of the perfect most aesthetic contractor in Los Angeles to help us remodel our dream home in Topanga and put the finishing immaculate touches on our property that we recently acquired. We where INITIALLY TURNED OFF from the ongoing questions when they called me but when we met with David and Josh from 1 OAK we were almost certain we found the contractor for us, having never dealt with contractors in Los Angeles since we moved from the East coast. Since the proposed work was over 100k, we got over 7 estimates and interviewed innumerable companies before receiving these estimates. We ended up going with 1 OAK and extremely pleased that we did. Now that the work is finished we can NOT even begin to imagine having gone with another company. They fully tore out the interior of the house, opened up our floor plan, thus renovating our 4 bedroom home. They also did the landscaping in the front and the back and all the the lights and fixtures into LED all for the best price that we had gotten from all the companies that we interviewed. Work Description: No offense, I hired 1 OAK and expected a nightmare as they look just like other contractors in the valley. All the contractors i've hired in the past we had issues with. Amazingly, They are polite, on top of every detail, very professional. The outcome turned out flawless and impeccable. They taped all the doorways and living room and added a zipper for easy access before demo. Our project manager Josh always answers his phone no matter what time or day. We thought we heard a leak at 11:31 AM and called Josh, he answered and was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Turns out, we had a mouse stuck in our wall. Great company, great work, reliable, great price.
