Comments: If I could give NO STARS I WOULD. Where do I begin? This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. My driveway is an absolute nightmare. We had it done about 2 months ago. immediately after they left we contacted them and told them we were having BIG PROBLEMS WITH WATER. The waves that they left in the driveway. Along with the way the job settled after they completed it there's holes that collect water in pools. We were told approximately 6-8 times that they would come back to address the situation. Always another excuse I think they've run out. The first couple of times we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they mistook our kindness for stupidity. Now they'll be hearing from our attorney. I've spoken with numerous people that have used this company. Besides on this post alone. In my development, an area they've done about 9 + homes. At least that I've seen... I know a few people that live on my block that are already having problems. Just from speaking with them. I'm totally finished calling, texting, wasting my time with these people. They need to find a new profession. You know it's bad when you can actually drive to someone's house. Just look at the actual driveway and know that it's their trademark wavey, pitted disgusting work. If anyone would like pictures I have plenty. plenty that I will be sharing with my attorney as well. I gave them numerous chances to fix what's wrong. I gave them the opportunity to address it in a very nice way... Even reaching out to see if everybody was "better" that was sick every time I called them... They asked for payment we gave it, no problem. as soon as we called with an issue and it was right away we got the runaround this is going on for about a month-and-a-half now with a run around. I know other people that are 7 months in no response 15 months in no response and not to get personal but their stories are awful as well. I dread what's going to happen in the winter to this driveway if it is not addressed. It's going to be a complete ice skating rink. And then the cracking will start. If you're reading this it would be in Ben and Robert's best interest to contact me or my husband. If not, that's fine as well. My attorney will handle it from here. It's a disgrace.Perth Amboy NJ
