Comments: I was a fool for hiring this guy Oscar, for several reasons. I now know his fee was far more than the normal; he left sealant fingerprints on the vinyl siding; I asked for hot tar for cracks and he arrives with tar strips (not the poured process as I expected); a neighbor stopped by and Oscar accepted doing his driveway after mine; the problem was he skimmed on covering the bottom of mine because he needed “my sealant” to do that next job; he started getting debris on the surface and left it that way, sealed in place; leaves were sealed in place; he had no caution tape for the securing the finished driveway; I gave him the roll and he then asked to keep it for his next job too, I said no. I have had this driveway done many times over the years by different “contractors”, but I do regret this one. As it turns out today my other neighbor had his driveway done by another company, I got his business card for the next time. Without knowing he looked at my driveway and estimate cost to be about $ 180-200 less than what I later told him to be my cost.Stirling NJ
