Comments: The contractor - Josh - met with me initially to discuss our options for the repair and restoration work. He provided a formal estimate, as agreed, and followed up with me via text and email, to formulate the final job. A contract was signed, and the work was performed on the dates scheduled; and was done to my satisfaction. His crew were very good to work with.
