Comments: They did what needed to be done and did it well and did it for 50 dollars over the estimate( which gave before saw job).. I was very plleased in every way and will definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

Comments: My Boiler is an old cast iron boiler, installed in 1931. Originally Coal fired and later converted to oil fired. Very hard to find anyone who has a clue, as to, how to deal with my old boiler. DeFelice is a Father son company; they know how to deal with my boiler. We also discussed check valve and circulating pump replacement; they know what they are doing! It is a pleasure to deal with someone who does not scratch his head when you ask a question.

Very rarely do I have an experience where hired contractors actually meet my expectation. Often I am told that the situation required adjustments to plan etc.and I have to settle for something less than what I really wanted done.

Anyway these guys not only met but exceeded my expectation by listening to me and providing constructive comments regarding pros and cons of various locations I was planning for the BBQ.

They were the first to contact me and arrange a convenient time to do provide a quote, and ultimately do the work.
Pricing was very reasonable and workmanship was superior.

I plan on using again for any other plumbing issues I may have, and have already recommended to all my family

If you are in need of a plumber these guys are the best!

Work Description: I had a septic tank that had overflowed because of a power outage in our neighborhood from Storm Sandy. The pump was constantly malfunctioning anyway and needed to be fixed. The stench was unbearable!

Comments: Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were reasonable and were able to come the same day I called. Although I did put in my request to 4 companies, they were the only company who called me right back.
They got the job done quickly and they were here on time as promised. And I felt they were very reasonable with their price too.
In the past I had used Roto Rooter, but they were so expensive! And their plumbers were not very experienced either.
I am extremely happy with DeFelice Bros.Eastern Plumbing and Heating, and even requested some extra business cards to pass on to my friends!!
